LaTia McNeely-Sandiford, MSW
Founder & Executive Producer
LaTia McNeely-Sandiford is widely known as The Adversity Expert. She is a published author, inspirational speaker, success coach, trainer, consultant and entrepreneur. As an advocate for overcoming adversity, LaTia demolished the odds by earning her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers’s University. Until December 2010, when she took her life back, LaTia soldiered a 20 year career holding two Executive Directorships, two Directorships and one Clinical Director’s position for various New Jersey based non-profits.
Today, LaTia and her husband, Roger, are Founders & Executive Producers for Lions Vision Productions; a New Jersey based multimedia production company that produces events, non-fiction books, movies & TV shows, women’s seminars and expos. The company specializes film production, photography, videography and event production.
LaTia is also the Founder & Producer of the Worthy Women's UPward Institute
provides various women's programming, specifically for those interested in entrepreneurship.

Valerie is a senior member of the LVP Team. She joined LVP in 2012 as our online Virtual Assistant. Today, she leads all digital communication and customer service relations.
